Returns are accepted in the following cases: • The product is defective or damaged upon receipt. • The product does not match the specifications listed on the site. • A different product was received than what was ordered. • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

📅Return Period

• Customers may request a return within 7 days of receipt. • After this period, return requests will only be accepted in exceptional cases at the discretion of the customer service team. • Electronics and devices: within 3 days of receipt.

🚫Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted in the following cases: • Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse. • Products that have been installed in a vehicle. • Custom or made-to-order products. • Discounted products or those purchased during special offers (except in case of defect). • Products whose original packaging has been opened and re-wrapped.

🔄Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps: 1. Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or the Contact Us page. 2. Send clear photos of the product and purchase receipt. 3. Your request will be reviewed within 24-48 business hours. 4. If approved, a pickup appointment will be scheduled. 5. After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be processed.

💰Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. • For cash-on-delivery payments: refunds are given in cash or as store credit, by mutual agreement. • Store credit: added immediately and usable on any future order. • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective.

🔃Exchanges

We offer the option to exchange instead of return in the following cases: • Exchange a defective product for an identical working product. • Exchange for a different product with a price adjustment. • Exchange is subject to product availability in stock.

🚚Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a product defect or our error: we cover all shipping costs. • If the return is at the customer's request (change of mind): the customer bears the shipping costs. • Please contact us before shipping the product to arrange the logistics.
